What is the "Handling Fee"?
This one time charge covers the initial delivery and set-up of the furniture, as well as the final pick up when you are finished renting.
What is "Damage Protection"?
For a small monthly fee, you will not be responsible for damage or loss to the furniture arising from ordinary use or a natural disaster; including fire, flood, earthquake or tornado. You will remain responsible for damage or loss caused by theft or mysterious disappearance, gross negligence, abuse or misuse (including damage caused by pets or insects).
What is best for me? Should I rent or buy?
We offer unbeatable prices on sales of pre-rented furniture, but if you're not sure you'll need the furniture permanently, it is best to rent. Plus, you can exercise a purchase option later if you decide to permanently keep the furniture.
What is the minimum amount of time I can rent?
The per-month prices that are listed on our web page are for a minimum lease of six (6) months. However, shorter term leases are available at a slightly higher cost. Call 1-877-467-8268 or email us for more details.
Can I change or substitute items in your preset package?
Our preset packages have been discounted based on the specific items in each package. In order to receive this special pricing, we cannot substitute items. You may however, add additional items on top of all the items in a preset package.
Can I change or select other fabrics or colors?
You may pick from the various colors, patterns and styles that are currently displayed on our web page. However, we are unable to change a specific piece to a different color or fabric choice.
Do you have a rent-to-own program?
Many rental agreements have purchase options available that can vary. For exact details of your purchase options, call 1-877-467-8268 or email us.
What if I need to break my rental agreement?
You may have your furniture picked up at any time. However, you are still obligated to the monthly rental payments for your entire lease term.
What do I do at the end of my rental agreement?
If we don't hear from you, we will continue to extend your agreement on a month-to-month basis until you are ready for pick-up. We ask that you call 1-877-467-8268 at least seven days prior to your needed pick-up date to schedule service.
Is the furniture that I will receive new?
Unfortunately, we cannot be sure if any items are new or previously leased.
What if I am not happy with the furniture I receive?
Our goal is 100% satisfaction. If you are unhappy with an item that you receive, for any reason, we will exchange at no cost within the first seven days of the agreement.
What if something breaks during the rental period?
We will replace, without charge, any defective item at any time during the lease period provided the defect was not caused by the lessee's negligence or malice.
What if I forget to order something?
Changes can be made to the order up until it is verbally confirmed in the afternoon of the business day before delivery. After that time, you may add at any time for a small delivery fee.
What if I change my mind before the furniture is delivered?
An order may be cancelled up until it is verbally confirmed in the afternoon of the business day prior to delivery. After that time, any cancellation is subject to a cancellation fee.
