| In March of 1993, Instant Furniture Rental kicked off our community service program entitled "Compassion Action." Showing Compassion and interest for people that truly needed assistance, the program is aimed at helping the homeless, under-sheltered and under-furnished people in communities. Since that time, Instant Furniture has provided furnishings for hundreds of homes in our service area. |

| The Compassion Action program is designed to actively solicit nominations received from apartment managers, leasing agents, community shelters and charitable organizations. |
